GH781 is a very popular double wire braid hydraulic hose for medium to high pressure lines requiring a 'compact', highly flexible hose such as grease lines, water lines, oil lines, and other hydraulic applications. Being a "Matchmate" & "Triple Crown" product, it is not only designed to reduce assembly time and simplify identification when coupling (contact us for more information) it is also manufactured with advanced technology & superior rubber compounds allowing for increased pressure ratings, greater temperature range & better abrasion resistance as compared to other SAE100R16 hoses - making it truly a longer lasting product. It meets/exceeds DIN requirements at half the bend radius of standard SAE hoses. It will handle petroleum based hydraulic fluids, gasoline, diesel, and lubricating oils. Its cover is resistant to abrasion, oil, and weathering. GH781 meets MSHA flame resistance specifications, USCG/MMT SAE J1942 (contact New-Line for exact approvals), EN 857 Type 2SC, DNV, ABS, DIN 20 022 Type 2SN, and SAE100R16 requirements.
