Cush-A-Clamp is a channel or strut-mounted clamping system that is ideal for multiple line runs. They absorb shock and vibration reducing unwanted noise and prevent galvanic corrosion. They feature a unique shoulder stud which is securely fastened to one clamp half. This design eliminates over-tightening and rotation while a nylon-insert nut assures a positive lock. Clamps are available in electro-galvanized steel and 304 stainless steel (316 Stainless Steel on special request). The cushion is manufactured from a thermoplastic elastomer that resists oil, grease, most solvents, chemicals and industrial cleaning chemicals. They withstand temperatures from -45°C (-50°F) to +135°C (275°F). Its living hinge design allows the cushion to be spread apart for quick and easy installation, without disturbing adjacent lines. They fit any standard 1-5/8" wide strut channel. Lower profile & other materials such as aluminum & stainless steel are available upon request.
