These regulators are used in compressed air tool systems only (NOT water) to maintain a nearly constant outlet pressure despite changes in inlet pressure. They are not meant for "precision" instrumentation. Excessive air pressures can cause excess torque, force, wear, and wasted compressor air. The maximum inlet pressure is 225 psi (150 psi on the mini N3100) and the temperature range is +5°C (+40°F) to 60°C (140°F). Gauges and standard L-mounting brackets are included.
