Our Yellow (highly visible, MSHA approved) Mine Spray is typically used in underground mines as a water spray hose in dust control applications. It is also used on continuous mining machinery at the headface and on other mechanical mining machinery. Its cover is resistant to flames, oil, and abrasion. This hose is typically sold in larger, special order quantities for long runs, for short lengths refer to other high pressure air/water/hydraulic hoses. NOTE: Multi-Purpose Hoses ARE NOT INTENDED for critical applications or permanent mechanical installations, such as interior plumbing applications, heat pump connectors, natural gas, critical fluids, etc.

Construction: Tube: Smooth, black nitrile rubber. Cover: Smooth, yellow noeprene. Reinforcement: High tensile steel wire braid.

Typical Fittings: N176 Plated Steel Hose Hex Nipples, Interlocking Ground Joint Couplings, Universals, Mining Hose Barbs, stainless crimp sleeves.

Temperature Range: -35°C (-31°F) to +100°C (212°F)
