Contractors Water Discharge is a collapsible, medium duty hose that is commonly used in water applications where more economical PVC hoses will not provide long enough service life (NOT for use with air and not for food grade applications). It is commonly used in more abusive applications as seen in mines, construction sites, or quarries in 50-100ft lengths. This hose is NOT designed for the rigours (pressures, pulsating, elongation, forces, abrasion, etc.) of extremely long, continuous applications such as high volume water pipeline transfer (miles or kilometres). Its thick rubber characteristics provide resistance to cutting, gouging, and weathering.

Construction: Tube: Black SBR rubber. Cover: Wrapped, black SBR rubber. Reinforcement: Synthetic fabric.

Typical Fittings: Camlocks, N310-AL short shanks, N10-GS combination nipples (low pressure only), N52 punch clamps, bolt style clamps.

Temperature Range: -30°C (-22°F) to +85°C (185°F)

Detail Comments: This hose is not designed for permanent installation in piping systems, especially in short lengths for pump connectors, generators, chillers, HVAC units, or other applications where hard pipe, expansion joints, or stainless steel braided hoses are typically used.
