NL2011 & NL2012 HVT have been developed to transfer large volumes of liquid at higher pressures over very long distances - sometimes in miles or kilometers - while at the same time being relatively lightweight and easy to deploy. They are made from thermoplastic polyether based polyurethane (TPU) extruded through a circular woven jacket made from high tenacity filament polyester yarn. The heavily reinforced weave ensures minimum extension in length and minimum "snaking" of deployed hose. It is resistant to abrasion, oils, and certain chemicals. We offer several different brands of hose depending on customer preference, and due to the critical nature, the selection of hose "coupling" brand should be matched with factory approval.

Construction: Tube: Black EPDM. Cover: Smooth, black thermoplastic polyether based polyurethane (TPU). Reinforcement: Circular woven high tenacity filament polyester yarn.

Typical Fittings: N2010/N2011/N2015 High pressure bolt-on clamp type couplings or swage-on couplings.

Temperature Range: -40°C (-40°F) to +70°C (158°F)
