NL5145 is available in small sizes and has a wire helix that allows it to be routed in tight areas without collapsing or kinking. Its wire helix can also withstand external abuse/crushing better as opposed to traditional PVC hoses where the PVC helix can crack. It is used in industrial or commercial applications for water, certain light chemical solutions, residual or cleanup lines, and process fluid lines for visual flow confirmation. It is manufactured with non toxic, FDA compliant compounds for certain food and beverage lines, but is more so used for industrial applications where extensive, high purity food grade approvals are not required (also refer to NL5150 1/4"-2" in the food section for higher grades).

Typical Fittings: Stainless Sanitary Inserts, Stainless Camlocks. Crimp sleeves, bolt clamps.

Temperature Range: -29°C (-20°F) to +70°C (158°F)
