This is similar to our NL6060 but incorporates a special additive for permanent, inherent static dissipative properties, which is effective even in low humidity environments or Clean Rooms (meets Electronics Industry Assoc Std 541). It can be used for pneumatic transfer of dry products such as powders, grain dust, flour dust, etc where static buildup is a problem (not designed for large, bulk objects or liquids - nor being dragged). It will not outgas and is free of fillers and surface oils. SPECIAL NOTE: It will dissipate static without grounding the internal copper wire, but it will perform better with the wire grounded to metal surfaces. Resistivity: 2x10^10 ohms/square surface; 8.6x10^9 ohms/cm volume; FTMS-101C Static Decay Rate 5000V to 50V less than 1.0 second.

Construction: Interior: Static Dissipative Polyurethane, .035" wall. Exterior: Slightly corrugated polyurethane wall with spiral bronze-coated spring steel wire. Helix spiral direction varies by brand.

Typical Fittings: N62/N64/N64BC/BCR Gear clamps. Ground internal metal wire to metal surface.

Temperature Range: -29°C (-20°F) to +71°C (160°F)

Detail Comments: Expose and ground internal wire properly for speeding static dissipation. All ducting measured when fully extended.

Warning: Exposed wire must be properly grounded to fitting.
