NL6060/NL6066 are clear, abrasion resistant ducting hoses that will typically out perform more economical PVC or polyethylene ducting in dry, abrasive applications. They are designed for pneumatic transfer of dry products such as chips, sand, pebbles, powder, sugar, salt, cereals, rice, powdered milk, coffee, grains, etc (not designed for large, heavy objects or liquids). It is lightweight and easily handled (not designed to be dragged). The integral copper wire helix provides impact resistance compared to a PVC helix. The NL6060 (.035" wall thickness), and NL6066 (.045" wall) are manufactured with FDA compliant compounds that will also resist oils and certain chemicals.

Construction: Interior: Polyurethane. Exterior: Slightly corrugated polyurethane wall with a bronze coated spring steel wire. Helix spiral direction varies by brand.

Typical Fittings: N62/N64/N64BC/BCR N64 gear clamps, T7-200X180 duct tape.

Temperature Range: -54°C (-65°F) to +93°C (199°F)
