3440 is a specialty hose designed specifically for polyurethane foam spraying or moisture sensitive chemical applications. Its unique polyolefin core tube contains no plasticizers and its cover is UV resistant. This hose is lightweight and flexible. Custom colours available upon request.

Construction: Tube: Seamless, oil resistant nylon. Cover: Ligh blue, oil and abrasion resistant polyurethane (pin-pricked). Reinforcement: High tensile aramid fibre braid.

Typical Fittings: N607 series swage/crimp fittings for sizes -04 to -08, 4TA series swage/crimp for size -12.

Temperature Range: -40°C (-40°F) to +100°C (212°F); water based or fire-resistant fluids not to exceed +66°C (150°F).
