NL223 standard rubber grease line is used on grease guns as a flexible hose or whip to attach to grease nipples (for automatic greasing systems refer to our NL225 SAE100R1AT). We offer it in a thermoplastic construction as well (listed below). The rubber NL223 has a wire braid to provide excellent resistance to kinking while its tube and cover are resistant to heat, oil, grease, weathering, abrasion and low temperatures. Assemblies listed have 1/8" plated steel male NPT ends (brass available on request) with chamfered seats to seal either female NPT or NPSM swivel pipe fittings. Female fittings available upon request.

Construction: Tube: Black nitrile rubber. Cover: Smooth, black neoprene rubber. Reinforcement: One wire braid.

Typical Fittings: N907xx Series permanent crimp fittings designed specifically for grease whips/lines.

Temperature Range: -29°C (-20°F) to +100°C (212°F)
