Our semi-auto drain (manual switch when pressure is on) filters are designed for compressed air systems only (not designed for air breathing applications). They are designed to protect air tools and equipment by removing most liquid, vapour, oil aerosols, and solid particles (5 micron). Filters should be placed in the main line immediately after the compressor, as well as within 20ft of the equipment it will protect. Clear bowls are made from polycarbonate and are rated for a maximum 150 psi inlet pressure (max output 140 psi) and metal bowls for 225 psi inlet (max output 145 psi). Temperature range is +5°C (+40°F) to 60°C (140°F). Standard L-mounting brackets are included, replacement filters available (suffix FE, 3 sizes).
