This water-based temporary rubber lubricant is ideal for helping fittings slide into a hose with little to no difficulty. It's specially compounded to evaporate without leaving film or contamination behind. Can be used with PVC, EPDM, Nitrile, Neoprene, Viton, and other rubber tubes. For food grade applications please use the NP-0400. The "THIX" product is designed for larger hose barbs and will not run and dry out like the standard P-80.
