Our AW ISO Hydraulic Oils are designed for various heavy duty, industrial and mobile hydraulic applications. It is formulated with premium virgin base oils combined with an excellent zinc/phosphorous anti-wear additive package, outstanding thermal and oxidative stability, low filter blockage tendency, extreme pressure protection, excellent demulsibility, rust protection and anti-foam characteristics for superior hydraulic stability. "Virgin" oil has about a 1/3 oxidation rate as compared to "recycled/remanufacturerd oil" (ie. 2000 hrs versus 6500 hrs); recycled/remanufactured oil will become gummy and varnish systems more quickly - leading to sluggish operation, increased wear, and plug lines/filters/valves. Biodegradable and environmentally friendly oils are available on request. AW22 and AW32 are All-Season lower viscosity (thinner) oils typically used in lower temperature climates, whereas, the AW46 is the standard for general in-plant applications and mobile equipment in ambient temperature climates.
