NL5520 is a viton rubber tubing suitable for high operating temperatures and, although it is one of the most expensive rubbers, it offers one of the widest ranges of fluid and chemical compatibility of any commercial rubber. It has excellent resistance to high temperature hydrocarbons, fuel, oils, xylene, benzene, and many other chemicals. Available in sizes 1/32" ID to 1" ID.

Construction: Tube: Smooth, black viton rubber. Cover: Smooth, black viton rubber (standard is 60 shore A durometer, available in 75 durometer on special request). Reinforcement: None.

Typical Fittings: N400-NY nylon, N400-BR brass, or N400-SS stainless steel hose barbs, N62/N64 gear clamps, N66 pinch clamps.

Temperature Range: -40°C (-40°F) to +205°C (400°F)
