Our Ultra is an extremely flexible, lightweight suction and discharge hose designed to handle oil and refined fuels such as gasoline, diesel, ethanol blends, kerosene, hydraulic fluids, hydrocarbons, and other petroleum based products up to 50% aromatic content. It also has a B10 Biodiesel resistant tube (the outside cover is NOT resistant to prolonged exposure to Biodiesel). Ultra is available in both standard temperature (NL3035) and an arctic low-temp version (NL3037). Both are suitable for use in tank truck and in-plant operation. It is also resistant to fats, greases, animal/vegetable oils, hot/cold water (not food grade), and certain solvents. The semi-corrugated cover is resistant to ozone, abrasion, oil, and weathering.

Construction: Tube: Smooth, high quality, black nitrile. Cover: NL3035 black nitrile/PVC with red spiral stripe. NL3037 arctic blue nitrile (corrugated) with black . Reinforcement: Multiple textile plies with dual wire helix.

Typical Fittings: Crimp permanent fittings, camlocks, Use interlocking N10GY/N12GY along with WI- ferrules (oil return lines only, do not use steel with gasoline), testing & certification.

Temperature Range: -40°C (-40°F) to +93°C (199°F)

Detail Comments: Corrugated hose exteriors are not recommended for use with internal expansion Scovill fittings; Scovills only recommended for smooth wall hose.
