NL3010 is a standard duty petroleum suction, discharge or return hose for applications not subject to excessive abuse, dragging, or continuous service/handling. Its nitrile rubber will resist gasoline, kerosene, diesel, ethanol, hydraulic fluids, hydrocarbons, fats, greases, animal/vegetable oils, hot/cold water (not food grade), and other petroleum based fluids or wastes with low aromatic content. Its tube or cover are NOT recommended for prolonged exposure of Biodiesel at this time. It can be used for bulk transfer or general in-plant applications. This hose is NOT designed for use on reels (as it has a wire helix) and NOT designed for marine or aggressive applications, refer to our NL3020 or other specialty petroleum transfer hoses. For short lengths (i.e. 3ft) or permanent installations where the hose cannot be inspected or tested at regular intervals, consider using a Stainless Steel braided hose.

Construction: Tube: Smooth, black nitrile. Cover: Wrapped, smooth, black nitrile blend. Reinforcement: Wire helix between synthetic textile plies.

Typical Fittings: Permanent crimp fittings, camlocks, ferrules/sleeves, combination nipples (oil return only, do not use steel with gasoline), testing & certification; for higher pressure NL3011, refer to W10-CS-xxxx or W10XH-CS-xxxxx Swage. For NL3011, use interlocking N10GY/N12GY along with WI- ferrules.

Temperature Range: -20°C (-4°F) to +70°C (158°F)
