NL5046 is a lightweight, highly flexible food-grade suction and delivery hose designed specifically for the transfer of milk, dairy products, and other fatty food products. It offers exceptional handling characteristics that make it particularly well suited for daily milk collection, tank unloading, and other applications requiring frequent movement. Its reduced weight and flexibility help minimize operator fatigue while improving ease of use in the field and plant.

Construction: Tube: Smooth, white, food-grade NBR rubber. Cover: Smooth, blue NBR rubber with a right hand white plastic spiral, resistant to abrasion, ozone, and weathering. Reinforcement: High-strength synthetic textile plies.

Typical Fittings: Stainless camlocks/combination nipples, N3301 coil, and stainless crimp sleeves (suction or low pressure, standard black camlock gaskets to be replaced with food grade material). Excessive heat in long cycles can compromise coupling integrity on thick, soft durometer hoses. Must use metal fittings to ground properly.

Temperature Range: -40°C (-40°F) to +80°C (176°F), intermittent sterilization up to +110°C (+230°F) for a maximum of 30 minutes.
