NL4017 (green) or NL4018 (blue) is a chemical & abrasion resistant transfer hose with a smooth corrugated finish, and offers a competitive alternative to other brands on the market. Its Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE) tube is suitable for almost every common industrial chemical used in industry today (please call for chemical resistance guidelines). It is advisable to test the tube material prior to field use and ensure all coupled lengths are fully certified. All chemical hoses should be drained and flushed after each use. This hose can be open-end steam cleaned and is compliant to FDA standards.

Construction: Tube: Smooth, white FDA, Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE). Cover: Slightly corrugated, blue wrapped EPDM. Reinforcement: Synthetic fabric with two wire helix.

Typical Fittings: Swage/crimp fittings, camlocks (confirm chemical compatibility). Use interlocking N10GY/N12GY along with WI- ferrules. Testing & certification (NOT internal expansion Scovills due to the inability of the tube to expand). Always confirm compatibility of coupling and gasket with material being conveyed.

Temperature Range: -30°C (-22°F) to +93°C (199°F)
