NL5036 is a highly flexible, blue corrugated food-grade hose designed for suction and discharge of milk, dairy products, olive oil, and other fatty food products. Its smooth, white NBR tube is odourless, taste-free, and formulated to meet the demanding requirements of food processing and transport applications.

Construction: Tube: White, smooth, NBR rubber. Cover: Blue, flat corrugated EPDM rubber with UHMWPE finish, abrasion, ozone and weather resistant. Reinforcement: High-strength synthetic plies with steel wire helix reinforcement.

Typical Fittings: Stainless Sanitary Inserts, N5013 Interlocking Sanitary Crimp w/N5013F Ferrule, Stainless Camlocks (exchange food grade gasket); for plain/non-interlock Insert Fittings, we recommend Stainless Band/Bolt Clamps (NOT recommended with plain, non-interlocking WC-SS crimp sleeves due to temperature rubber flow & coupling integrity). Excessive heat in long cycles can compromise coupling integrity on thick, soft durometer hoses.

Temperature Range: -40°C (-40°F) to +80°C (176°F)intermittent sterilization up to +110°C (+230°F) for a maximum of 30 minutes.
