NL5075 is a traditional, softwall rubber, collapsible hose designed for tank truck, in-plant gravity or pneumatic discharge of flour, sugar, powders, or other dry edible abrasive products. It is an FDA approved hose that has a static wire to permit grounding to the fitting where static buildup is a problem (wire must be grounded to fitting properly during assembly). Due to its heavy, softwall characteristics, we recommend trying our NL5180 lightweight, hardwall Tigerflex 2020 Polyurethane Lined PVC Food Transfer hose which offers many additional handling benefits.

Construction: Tube: 3/16" white pure natural rubber. Cover: Wrapped, blue SBR rubber. Reinforcement: Synthetic fabric with 2 anti-static wires.

Typical Fittings: Stainless Sanitary, Stainless Camlocks (exchange food grade gasket).

Temperature Range: -40°C (-40°F) to +82°C (180°F)
