NL1711 Grade R Twin Weld is a popular welding hose (for use with oxygen and acetylene gas only) produced to rigid specifications to withstand tough welding environments and provide long wear and handling ease. Grade R is designed for environments with limited oil presence (see our NL1732 Grade T for resistance to oil and/or flames). For acetylene, users are alerted against pressures above 7-15 psi as the gas becomes unstable.

Construction: Tube: Black EPDM rubber. Cover: Smooth EPDM rubber (red for acetylene and green for oxygen). Reinforcement: 2 textile spirals.

Typical Fittings: N450 Brass barbs with N450-NUT/N451-NUT, FBL & FBO brass ferrules.

Temperature Range: -40°C (-40°F) to +93.3°C (200°F)
