A9010 is a specialty paint spray hose that is designed for highly dangerous working pressures up to 3300 psi. Its seamless nylon tube is resistant to many paints, industrial coatings, resurfacing liquids, and certain chemicals while its specially formulated, low-temperature urethane cover is resistant to abrasion, cutting, and weathering. This product is sold in factory assembled lengths - it is normally supplied in 25/50/100' assemblies with female swivel ends. Shorter 'whip' assemblies (at the operator end) reduce costly replacements - they typically come in 3' or 6' lengths with female swivel NPSM x male NPT ends. Each assembly must meet certain conductivity requirements. NEVER attempt to repair an airless paint spray hose.

Construction: Tube: Smooth, seamless nylon tube with a layer of static dissipating CPS polymeric compound. Cover: Smooth, blue, pin-pricked polyurethane compound. Reinforcement: A9010 has high tensile fabric, A9015 has high tensile steel wire.

Typical Fittings: Factory installed ends with springs; all lengths must meet proper conductivity requirements and once the hose has been used, it cannot be re-crimped or repaired. *SPECIAL NOTE*: this hose is NOT to be repaired for safety, liability, and warranty issues.
