NL1064 is an extremely heavy-duty air hose designed for rugged and high heat applications. This hose will provide long service life in heavy construction, mining, or quarry applications. Its brass coated steel reinforcement withstands extreme abuse, tugging, and pulling. Its cover provides excellent abrasion and weather resistance, while its tube is resistant to high heat and oil "mist" from compressors. For highly abrasive environments refer to our NL1065 Boston Bull Dog or NL1395 Gorilla. NL1064 meets RMA Class A standards for petroleum based, vegetable and mineral oils.

Construction: Tube: Black NBR. Cover: Wrapped, Blue CPE, abrasion, weather and ozone resistant. Reinforcement: High tensile brass coated steel braid.

Typical Fittings: Ground Joint Fittings with Interlocking Bolt Clamp Couplings (re-tighten before each use due to the cold flow/setting of rubber hoses). N10GYL-xxxGS with WIL Ferrules or W10XH-CS-xxx one piece Crimp fittings and N970-F206-xxx. Safety Cables or hose halters are mandatory on HD air hoses.
