The NL1175 high-pressure air breathing hose for SCBA refilling stations that can also be used for high pressure food grade fluid transfer. These hoses are NOT suitable for medical and pharmaceuticals, divers/NEMO, explosive gases, or food containing alcohol. Meets CGA G-7.1-2004 Grade E Breathing Air Standards. NFPA 1901, Reg. EU 10/2011, FDA 21 CFR 177.2600. Meets SAE J517 sec. 100R8 - ISO 3949 (except 1/4"). Type approval DNV-GL and MSHA standards. This hose is not for use as a diver's hose, a NEMO hose, for self-contained air packs, or for use in sour gas applications.

Construction: Inner core in thermoplastic polymer suitable to be in contact with food and breathing air. Reinforcement: Double aramid fibre braid. Cover: Anti-abrasion polyurethane stabilized against UV rays and resistant to hydrolysis and microorganisms, micro-perforated for air and compatible gases.

Typical Fittings: N604xx-xx-SS Series Stainless swage/crimp fittings.

Temperature Range: -40°C (-40°F) to +82°C (180°F)Max. Working Temperature of air, water and water-based fluids is +70°C (+158°F)
