Our NVEPHD Series are a heavier duty version of our NVEP Quick Connects, but utilize the same interchange. They are made with higher grade steel and are fully QPQ plated for increased longevity and elimination of brinelling. They also have high-vis yellow o-rings on the male nipple for visual ID and larger mating areas. The no spill, flush face valving in both halves allow for minimal fluid loss and air inclusion; the flush face is also ideal in dirty environments as it can be easily wiped clean. These quick connects are designed to be connected/disconnected under pressures as high as 3625psi. They are commonly seen in high impulse applications including excavators, backhoes, thumbs, grapples, hammers, tampers, compactors, breakers, shears, cutters and other construction equipment with higher pressure requirements or issues of connecting/disconnecting tool attachments under pressure.
