Our NS10 series quick connect couplings are a popular, general purpose industrial interchange coupling that can be used with hydraulic fluid, water, certain chemicals, gases, and steam (must be refitted with an EPDM or Viton seal when used with steam, see NBSV series). Compatible with Parker series 60, Safeway S10, Dayco QDl, Snaptite 72, Hansen HK, Aeroquip FD45, Perfecting H, and others. They feature a double shut-off poppet, one way sleeve, and standard Buna-N seals in the brass and plated steel bodies (-20°F to +212°F). Y2025-2027 we are doing a rolling change in all stainless steel bodies to a Viton seals (+200°C/392°F). All sizes meet ISO 7241-1 Series B interchange and performance requirements. Couplers also available with a locking sleeve version (suffix -SL), and we also offer a modified version for the carpet cleaning / carwash industry (brass body with Viton O-ring & stainless poppet/internals).
