Injection Mold Quick Connects / Couplings - 385
These provide maximum flow required to cool injection molds and are suitable for use with hot water, or a water-glycol solution (regular silicone O-Ring seals are NOT for use with oil, refer to Viton rubber on special request). Plugs are compact so that they can be easily recessed below the mold surface to avoid damage when the mold is being changed or stored. The standard couplers are non-valved for maximum flow, but a valved coupler is also available if an automatic shut-off is required. The nipples and sockets/couplers have a brass body with stainless steel balls, retaining ring, and valve spring. Standard O-ring seal is red silicone -90°F to 400°F (-68°C to 205°C).
Rated pressure Brass Nipple & Coupler: 300 PSI (20 bar). Plated Steel Nipples available on special request (max 500 psi).
Interchange with Foster Series- FJT, Hansen Flo-Temp, Tomco MC, Parker Moldmate, DME Jiffy-Tite, Dixon CM.
