Shipping - Across North America and Worldwide

We've built our business on customer service, and a large part of that is same-day shipping. Whenever possible, we ship in-stock orders the same day - in town orders received before 11am go out via a local courier so that you receive them in the afternoon, and out of town orders received before 2pm ship out same day. We ship via the methods we've found to be both quickest and most cost-effective, including UPS across North America and worldwide.


If a product you've ordered is out of stock, we'll call you by the next business day to either let you know about an updated delivery date or to find a suitable substitution.

Please note that this chart illustrates typical time in transit for ground parcel shipping. 1, 2, and 3-day air shipping options are available, both across North America and worldwide. For out-of-town LTL freight, add approximately 2 days. Your time-in-transit may vary if you choose to use your own carrier.

Return Policy

30 DAY NO HASSLE RETURNS:

Standard Products purchased within 30 days can be returned for credit or refund with a nominal return handling fee 15%.  Standard products returned within 30-90 days are returnable for credit on account only with a return handling fee of $20 or 20% minimum. IMPORTANT:  All returns must be pre-approved by New-Line, please contact a Customer Sales & Service Rep to start a return.  Returns must be shipped prepaid and returned to the original New-Line location shipped from.  Due to product reliability and quality standards all returns must meet our receiving quality control standards.

NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS INCLUDE: Non-standard products such as: customized, made-to-order, cut-to-length, assembled hose, assembled fittings or components, special order product or quantity, non-stock, opened pack, obsolete, discontinued, final sale, damaged, used or soiled product.  All charges such as services, labour and freight are non returnable.  Purchases made longer than 6 months previous or returns greater than 10% of customer’s annual purchases in quantity or value are NON-RETURNABLE.
